What is the return policy?If you ordered through our online store, you may always email cometecom@gmail.com. The credit card you used to place the order will be refunded for the price of the items that have been returned within 10 business days of receiving and accepting the return. The shipping fee will not be refunded. If the credit card cannot be refunded, we will send a check of the return amount to the billing address for that credit card. Purchased music will not be refunded.

When will I receive my order?Purchased music can directly be downloaded. Shipping for German orders takes typically 3-4 days, international delivery times vary due to customs. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer due to public holidays.
